KEPITAL metallic grade can help you save costs. No metal plating needed.

KEPITAL F30-52SM is a new metallic looking POM-Copolymer grade. Through injection molding it is now possible to cost-effectively produce finished parts with a metallic appearing surface without a metal plating process. Therefore it might help you save costs through fewer production steps.
F30-52SM’s inherent UV-protection makes this grade applicable where weather resistance is required. F30-52SM shows excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance. Potential applications are visible finished parts that need a metallic appearance, e.g. water taps or flush buttons, door handles, etc.
